Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Support – Artistic Swimming WA

Artistic Swimming WA is dedicated to promoting and advancing the sport of artistic swimming in Western Australia. We foster excellence, teamwork, and creativity among athletes while building a vibrant community around the sport.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Support member. This role is crucial in providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Artistic Swimming WA team.
- Assist in managing day-to-day office tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to membership, events, and finances.
- Coordinate communication efforts, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Support event planning and execution, including competitions, workshops, and meetings.
- Assist in managing social media platforms and online presence.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective organisation and execution of tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the artistic swimming community is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, approximately [number] hours per week.
