Recreational Programs

Recreational programs are delivered within each club and serve as a natural extension of the Aquastart pathway, progressing into the State Stream and ultimately the competitive program. These classes follow a structured, skill-based format designed to build seamlessly from Aquastart through to High Performance. Skill assessments are conducted throughout the recreational levels, and athletes must complete the first nine levels before advancing further.
