Have a go at Artistic Swimming in celebration for the Seniors' Week 2023 - FREE EVENT
The purpose of this project is to enhance the involvement of senior adults (60+) in the sport of Artistic Swimming. Our goal is to engage this community by offering specialised opportunities to learn Artistic Swimming, promote awareness of it as an inclusive sport and promote active ageing.
