Job Title: Part-Time Competition Support – Artistic Swimming WA
Duration: 4 months
Location: Artistic Swimming WA, Perth, Australia
About Us: Artistic Swimming WA is dedicated to promoting and advancing the sport of Artistic Swimming in Western Australia. We foster excellence, teamwork, and creativity among athletes while building a vibrant community around the sport.
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Competition Support member. This role is crucial in providing assistance before, during and after two competitions being staged in Perth in March 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide general administrative support to the Competition Manager of Artistic Swimming WA.
– Assist in managing social media platforms and online presence, as it relates to the two competitions
Requirements:
– Previous experience in and around state, national and international Artistic Swimming competitions is essential
– Familiarity with the WA Artistic Swimming community is highly desirable.
– Excellent organisational and time management skills.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Flexibility to work part-time hours, approximately 12 hours per week.
