High Performance Pathway Lead – Artistic Swimming WA

Artistic Swimming Western Australia is seeking an experienced and motivated High Performance Pathway Lead to oversee and deliver the state’s high performance athlete development pathway.

This role is responsible for leading the identification, development, and progression of talented athletes through the Artistic Swimming pathway, supporting their transition into Youth and Junior National Squad and Team programs, and ultimately towards Australian National Team representation. The position works closely with clubs, coaches, and key stakeholders to strengthen athlete development, support coach education, and ensure alignment with state and national high-performance strategies.

The successful applicant will bring strong coaching experience, leadership skills, and a passion for athlete development, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing environment across Western Australia.

Head Coach – Artistic Swimming WA

Artistic Swimming WA is seeking an experienced, passionate and driven Head Coach to help shape the future of artistic swimming in Western Australia.

This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of a sport that demands the best of its athletes — technically, physically and artistically. You’ll be working with talented athletes across all levels, from development through to elite performance, helping them reach their full potential while building a high-performance culture that lasts.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading our athlete pathway from state level through to national competition, mentoring and developing coaches across our clubs, collaborating with ASWA’s leadership team to deliver on our Strategic Plan — In Synch for Success — and helping grow the profile of artistic swimming across WA.

What we’re looking for:

Someone who brings technical excellence, genuine passion for athlete development, and the ability to build trust with athletes, families and clubs. Experience in artistic swimming or an aquatic discipline is essential.
